Pentylands – BOL Case Study

Onboarded in 2018, the site had several communication issues, resulting in slower reaction times for corrective maintenance tasks.

Following an IT analysis and onsite inspection, we identified the weaknesses of the system and implemented a different communication protocol. This was more robust and with a redundancy built-in to avoid data gaps or communication faults. This allowed more accurate monitoring of the plant and reduced reaction times in the event of issues, overall increasing plant performance.
